ESG-PRINCIPLES OF OIL AND GAS COMPANIES' DEVELOPMENT STRATEGIES IN TIMES OF UNCERTAINTY

Цель работы заключается в оценке необходимости продолжения имплементации ESG-принципов в российских нефтегазовых компаниях в условиях жестких санкций стран Запада. Санкции привели к слому заимствованных западных институциональных механизмов в экономической и финансовой деятельности, в том числе инвестиционной. Показано, что следует разрабатывать собственные критерии, стандарты и правовое обеспечение для продвижения ESG-принципов. The purpose of the work is to assess the need to continue the implementation of ESG principles in Russian oil and gas companies in the face of severe sanctions from Western countries. Sanctions have led to the scrapping of borrowed of the Western institutional mechanisms in economic and financial activities, including investment. It is shown that it is necessary to develop its own criteria, standards and legal support for the promotion of ESG principles.
