摘要

本文借助企业资源规划(ERP)，提出了高校资源规划(URP)。阐述了智慧校园的相关概念、特点和核心技术。针对智慧校园建设中存在的问题，通过URP对高校信息资源进行有效规划，构建了基于URP的智慧校园模型。该模式可为“智慧校园”建设提供参考，促进教育信息化的发展。
