Based on the test data of the wall and ground surfaces at different incident angles at 28 GHz, the distribution of the scattering signals of the millimeter wave at different incident angles is obtained, then the scattering characteristics of the wall and the ground surfaces are analyzed. The results show that there is not only a diffuse scattering phenomenon near the direction of the specular reflection on both the wall and the ground surfaces, but also in other directions.
