This study was motivated by the low learning outcomes of students in writing various kinds of texts, lack of teachers' innovation in designing learning media, lack of motivation of students in learning, lack of love and students' awareness of regional culture, and the lack of introduction and preservation of regional culture. This deficiency is expected to be improved by learning media and teachers' innovation in writing text learning with flow chart media that stimulates images with character values and regional culture.
