In Taiwan, 51.9 percent of the elderly over 45 years old need rehabilitation and the demand of wearing orthoses aids in the aging of society has increased significantly. Physicians don't know the rehabilitation effectiveness and the patient compliance behaviors and related factors of the disease until the patients come back to the clinic. It will affect the diagnosis accuracy. In Taiwan, there isn't a continuous spin care after a patient goes to clinic. 骨质疏松症是老年人常见的骨病,常引起背部疼痛和脊柱后凸。在台湾,有51.9%的45岁以上老人需要康复,社会老龄化对佩戴矫形器的需求显著增加。直到患者回到诊所,医生才知道康复效果和患者依从性行为以及疾病的相关因素。这会影响诊断的准确性。在台湾,病人去诊所后没有持续的旋转护理。因此,在本研究中,我们与麦凯纪念医院新竹分院骨科合作,规划了一个基于iBrace BLE (Blue Low Energy)监测系统的连续旋转护理服务。iBrace将肌电、压力传感器、位置传感器和APP集成在云脊柱护理服务平台上。
