But, palm oil production on Indonesia still far from effective. With an automatic controller system nowadays has many effects on various field. On palm oil processing field, one of factor that need using controller is dilution. Dilution of crude oil from the screw press process at the palm oil mill is intended to separate crude palm oil (CPO) and sludge in the clarification process (clarifier tank). Dilution is done by adding diluted water (dilution water) to crude oil with a composition of 30%. This study discusses the fuzzy controller design simulation on the control of dilution of crude palm oil (CPO) with diluted water.
