摘要

本研究旨在确定月桂叶提取物(合欢蓼)是否具有降低雄性白鼠(褐家鼠)尿酸水平的治疗作用,并确定多大剂量的月桂叶提取物(合欢蓼)能有效降低雄性白鼠(褐家鼠)尿酸水平。本研究方法采用前-后对照设计的室内实验,处理组为ⅰ组(阴性对照)、ⅱ组(阳性对照)、ⅲ组(月桂叶提取物0.4581 g)、ⅳ组(月桂叶提取物0.8181 g)、ⅴ组(月桂叶提取物1.1781 g)。结果表明,月桂叶提取物黄酮类化合物阳性。Kruskal Walis的统计数据分析显示,0.003 p显著值0.005表示服用月桂叶提取物前的尿酸水平与服用月桂叶提取物后的尿酸水平存在显著差异,并继续进行Duncan的分析,观察有效剂量的差异。
