摘要

召唤高素质的教师。同时在社会和全纳教育的发展中,特殊教育教师的专业素质与我国的现实相适应,因此我们迫切感到,建立一支高素质的特殊教育教师专业队伍迫在眉睫。本文采用问卷调查和数据分析的方法,对中国中部地区特殊教育教师的专业素质进行了调查研究,发现中部地区特殊教育教师的专业素质总体水平相对较低,主要表现在:特殊教育教师的专业素养不高,专业理论知识水平低,实践能力差距大,科研能力很低。因此,我们应该重建教师的思想素质,加强教师的专业素质。
