The study employed the analytical descriptive methodology. The population of the study consisted of (4049) male & female teachers from the UNRWA schools, and in order to achieve the goal of the study a sample of (335) male & female teachers were randomly selected. They were chosen by the stratified random sample method. The study tool was presented by two questionnaires, the first questionnaire is to measure the social intelligence level and the second is to measure applying the contents of the leadership program for future, after being certain of its procedures validity and reliability. The results indicated that the level of social intelligence among the principals of the UNRWA schools has come in a great degree, with a mean of 76.8. The results have also indicated that the level of applying the contents of leadership program for future has come in greater degree and with a mean of 76.8. 摘要
