Firstly, on the basis of deep analysis on the key factors affecting the operation and maintenance status of the devices, the evaluation index system is constructed by selecting the key indexes. Furthermore, the subjective scoring by experts and entropy value respectively represent the subjective and objective factors of the indexes, and combined with G1 method, the weight coefficient of the evaluation indicators is calculated. And then the TOPSIS method is used to evaluate and rank the operation and maintenance status of devices.
