摘要

针对继电保护装置运行维护的综合评价问题,提出了一种继电保护装置运行维护综合评价模型。首先,在对影响设备运行维护状态的关键因素进行深入分析的基础上,通过选取关键指标构建了设备运行维护状态评价指标体系。再由专家主观评分和熵值分别代表各指标的主客观因素,结合G1法计算各评价指标的权重系数。然后采用TOPSIS法对设备的运行维护状态进行评价和排序。最后以10种不同类型的保护装置为例,验证了评价模型的有效性和实用性。
