The research sample consisted of (30) kindergarten teachers at Al Rahma Islamic Private School in Malawi Center in the second semester of the academic year 2023. The experimental research design was utilized. A program using self-learning in developing communication culture and digital fitness among kindergarten teachers was prepared by the researcher. The communication culture and digital fitness test for kindergarten teachers was employed (prepared by the researcher). One of the most significant results of the current study was that there were statistically significant differences at 0.01 level between the mean scores of kindergarten teachers comprising the research group in the pre-and post-application in favor of the post-application. Besides, the program using self-learning for kindergarten teachers had an effective impact in developing the communication culture and digital fitness among them.
