The Data analysis used in this study is a double linear regression analysis. The results showed that the individual characteristics, occupational characteristics, occupational situation characteristics positively and significantly affect the work motivation of the Human resources Development Agency. 摘要

本研究的目的是:a)了解影响明古鲁省人力资源发展署员工工作动机的因素。B)意识到影响个体特征水平与员工工作动机水平的因素。c).通过员工工作的动机水平来确定是否存在影响职业特征水平的因素。D)根据员工的工作动机来确定影响工作环境特征的因素。本研究是一项描述性研究分析,采用定量方法,通过向受访者提供与研究问题相关的问题列表来实施。本研究使用的数据分析是双线性回归分析。结果表明,个体特征、职业特征、职业情境特征对人力资源发展署工作动机有显著正向影响。其中,参与者增加工作的动机占52%,而其余48%受到研究之外的其他因素的影响。
