The results show the goodness of fit for the measurement model of extracted risk factors 60 items in nine constructs. The findings help all parties involved in oil & gas production facilities projects to achieve better attention and allocation of risks in the tender process, as well as good control of risk in the contract implementation stage. Moreover, provide support for practitioners to incorporate risk potential analysis in future projects. 摘要

在阿拉伯国家,如也门,油气生产设施项目招标过程中的风险因素导致项目质量差、延误、成本超支、索赔、纠纷、诉讼、失败/放弃以及公司在合同执行阶段的不良声誉。本研究对陆上油气生产设施项目招标过程中的风险因素进行了研究,通过探索性因素分析,对9个结构中65个风险因素进行了400份问卷调查,提取了显著变量;以及验证性因素分析,以确保、评估和/或评价所探索的风险因素。结果表明,在9个构念中提取的60项危险因素的测量模型具有良好的拟合性。研究结果有助于油气生产设施项目各方在招标过程中更好地关注和分配风险,以及在合同实施阶段更好地控制风险。此外,为从业者提供支持,以便在未来的项目中纳入风险潜在分析。这也将有助于油气项目领域的研究人员更好地了解发展中国家的风险因素。
