The possibility of the existence in the polar region of the ancient structures of the plume during its formation experienced the impact of centrifugal forces from the rotation of the Earth and the inhibition of the top of the plume in the low-temperature near-surface layer. One of the most significant attractions of the region is the existence of a large-sized ozone “hole”.
