摘要

虽然为了环保和节约资源，中国已经建立了正规的电子垃圾回收和处理设施，但国内还没有一个完整有效的国内电子垃圾反向收集系统来满足设施的废物供应需求。本文以北京市为案例，展示了中国城市典型废弃电子产品回收链中由市场效应自发形成的现有收集系统，并找出其有效运作和流动方式，分析了中国城市设施与现有收集系统竞争的生活电子垃圾收集模式。
