This paper proposes a lens horn antenna to get planar wavefront without changing the structure of horn antenna. The measured results of the lens horn antenna are good agreement with the simulated results. The results of VSWR are less than 1.5, the results of gain are 33dB Typ. and the cross polarization isolation are less than -33dB. The beam width is stable in operating frequency of 26.5-40GHz.
