摘要

在卷对卷印刷机中,多输入多输出卷筒纸张力系统的稳定性是保证其正常运行和获得合理印刷性能的重要因素。本文提出了一种独特的基于自抗扰控制的凹版印刷机放卷系统张力解耦控制器设计方法。在本研究中,建立解耦模型以获得放卷系统的阶数和静态解耦对象。在有序解耦和静态解耦装置的基础上,设计了一种自抗扰解耦控制器,以提高放卷系统张力的稳定性。计算机仿真验证了所提控制策略的有效性和能力,结果表明所提张力控制器不仅实现了对放卷系统的解耦控制,而且具有良好的抗干扰能力和鲁棒性。
