摘要

现有的电压和无功管理法规主要评估电网的电压和功率因数,不能合理评估电网的电压和无功运行状态。为此,从电压弱节点和电压控制能力两个方面提出电网无功电压评价指标,对电网的无功电压运行状态进行长期评估,并结合所提出指标体系的评价结果,提供有效的决策支持。将所提出的指标和决策支持在中国区域电网中的应用,验证了所提出指标的正确性和合理性。提出的指标可用于电压和无功运行的精细化管理。

Data Mining Based Reactive Power and Voltage Operation Assessment in Power Grid
