Therefore, the evaluation index of reactive power voltage of the power grid is proposed from the aspects of voltage weak node and voltage control capability, assessing the reactive voltage operating status of the power grid on a long-time scale, and combining the evaluation results of the proposed index system to provide effective decision support. The application of the proposed indexes and decision supports in China’s regional power grids, and verified the correctness and rationality of the proposed indexes.
