Helical generators (HMCGs) are the most universal generators among different types of MCGs. Modern high-inductive and high-speed HMCGs can amplify the initial energy tenfold and hundredfold providing the output magnetic energy up to 20–30 MJ and power of several hundreds of gigawatts.
