摘要

首先简单介绍了我国高技能人才培养的现状,然后对CIOD模式的概念进行了解释。在此基础上,提出了基于CDIO的三维一体化课程模式,具有更高的灵活性和本地化,可以更好地实施CDIO工程教育的改进、优化和推广,培养适应现代企业发展需求的高技能人才。同时,以培养软件工程高技能人才为例,从程序上具体描述了课程模式的设计与实现。最后,采用模糊评价等方法对3DCC教学效果进行客观、全面的评价。
