In this method, the edge detection result of the Shen-Castan operator was used to reduce the edge halo phenomenon of the guided filter. Apply the Shen-Castan operator to perform edge detection on the noisy image; the edge detection result will be returned to the original image to obtain an edge enhanced guide image; this image will be used as a guided image of the noisy image for guided filtering.
