摘要

火电厂发电机组运行复杂,操作人员无法全面、准确地监控机组运行情况。利用该模型确定各指标在不同工况下的上下限阈值,并在并联智能监控系统中实时监控各指标的运行情况,并同步到物理发电系统。实验结果表明,不同工况下各指标的上、下阈值可根据机组实际业务场景动态变化。有效地降低了系统的虚警率,捕捉了各项指标的异常时刻,实现了机组运行过程的持续优化,减少了操作人员的工作量,提高了机组的安全性和经济性。
