Results show significant increase in motivation and aspiration to learn among the students after attending the FLEP program. 摘要本研究旨在探讨趣味学习强化计划(FLEP)对低年级学生学习动机及愿望的影响。本研究采用准实验设计,前后对照组。共有596名学生连续三年参与了这项研究。学生们获得了一个由120个有趣的数学和科学学习丰富活动组成的模块,以促进自我激励和学习愿望。结果显示,参加FLEP计划后,学生的学习动机和愿望显著增加。综上所述,低分学生在给予积极学习体验的环境时,可以培养学习的动机和愿望。

Effect of Fun Learning Enrichment Program (FLEP) on At-Risk Students’ Motivation and Aspiration to Learn
