摘要

工作人员基于工作流选择适当任务的决策往往会因中断的发生而改变。上级决策者的预分配是任务选择的标准之一。由于向工作人员插入外部活动而发生中断,从而改变了预分配的预期任务成就。中断通过操作生成的新任务消耗当前工作流的可用时间。中断工作流的相关工作者必须通过改变被分配任务的参与度来优化工作流,从而提高当前任务的消耗时间。本文提出的方法采用元启发式方法,提高了任务在一定中断下的变化成就。

A workflow optimization by handling interruption with meta-heuristic approach
