The damage ratio of compensation capacitor is first modelled. Then, the state-space model of wind power plant with reactive power compensation capacitor is developed. Furthermore, the system stability considering parameters perturbation of compensation capacitor is investigated. Simulation results are given to validate the proposed model and stability analysis. The verification results show that attenuation and aging of compensation capacitors have an important impact on the stability of grid-connected inverter system.
