After the normality test, from the parametric tests; Pearson Product Moments correlation coefficient and multiple regression analyzes were performed. As a result of the findings, teachers' critical leadership and school climate perceptions were determined at a high level. According to teacher perceptions, a positive and moderate correlation emerged between the critical leadership behaviors of school principals and the school climate. In addition, it was concluded that critical leadership behaviors predict school climate. 摘要
