The research method uses descriptive quantitative method. Sampling was done by purposive random sample to represent the area of ​​the area used as the research site (15 breeders in 1 district). The research parameters included the application of forage processing technology at the level of the turkey farmer and the productivity of the turkey. The results showed that the turkey breeders in Undaan sub-district on average used mechanical forage processing. Processing of forage is carried out using a machine or manually with a knife. Forage turkey feed in the form of water hyacinth before being given to chopped livestock, then added with concentrate and bran in a ratio of 6: 1: 3. Mixing is done manually in a bucket with a capacity of 40 liters. 摘要
