The recording of mortality rate was done at 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10 hours of observation. Ascaridia galli was confirmed death if there was no movement while triggered by anatomy tweezers and dipped in slightly warm water (50 0C). The data obtained was analyzed using ANOVA factorial and continued with Duncan Multiple Range Test by SPSS 26 for Windows. The results were showed that in 75% concentration and 10 hours of treatment can cause the highest mortality rate against Ascaridia galli. 摘要

本研究的目的是通过体外法测定生羊角香蕉皮乙醇提取物的浓度、持续时间以及浓度与持续时间的相互作用对加利蛔虫死亡率的影响,了解其驱虫效果。本研究采用完全随机设计。本研究采用该方法,选取长度为7 ~ 11 cm的高氏蛔虫600只,不区分雌雄。将生木棉香蕉皮乙醇提取液的浓度分为25%、50%和75%。以生理盐水溶液和枸橼酸哌嗪10 mg/ml作为阴性和阳性对照。每一种治疗都要重复六次。分别于观察第2、4、6、8、10小时记录死亡率。用解剖镊子触发,用微温的水(50℃)浸泡,若无任何动静,则确认加利蛔虫死亡。获得的数据采用方差分析因子分析,并继续使用SPSS 26 for Windows的Duncan多元极差检验。结果表明,在75%的浓度和10小时的处理可造成最高的死亡率对加利蛔虫。浓度和时间之间的相互作用表明,75%浓度的生kepok香蕉皮乙醇提取物在10小时的观察中对加利蛔虫的死亡率最高。
