This study analyzes the lecturer’s and students’ needs in the domains of learning styles, learning goals, themes/topics, learning materials, learning strategies, learning methods, learning media, and evaluation. This study employed qualitative and quantitative approaches by distributing a questionnaire to one lecturer and 19 students. The results revealed that the lecturer and students needed new teaching materials delivered by the quantum approach.
