In today's world with the increasing number of vehicles, production along with the quality of tyres is increasing day by day. Tire manufacturing is a stepwise systematic approach consisting of 10 different processes with high energy consumption. ➢common services & utilities, ➢process equipment, and will be illustrated on a Sankey diagram. The paper shows the components assembled to produce a tire (tire production process and equipment description), the various material used, the manufacturing process and machinery, production planning for 2019 and analyses electricity consumption of a tire manufacturing company.
