Inverse filtering method is introduced to transform the hard-to-distinguish delay information in time-domain to frequency-domain information. 摘要

换热设备结垢是现代工业中普遍存在的问题。针对传统的污垢监测热力学方法可信度较低的问题,提出了超声回波法进行污垢监测。通常设备污垢层较薄,回波重叠、杂乱,难以从信号中提取特征。引入反滤波方法,将难以分辨的时域延迟信息转化为频域信息。然后采用高阶累积量与MUSIC谱估计相结合的信号处理方法,实现污垢回波信息的提取。仿真信号和实际信号的实验验证了该方法的有效性。
