The problem of unbalanced loss of power switch tubes in the Neutral-Point-Clamped (NPC). This paper takes the single-phase half-bridge TL-ANPC inverter as the research object, proposes a loss-balanced modulation strategy for switching devices with bipolar carrier sinusoidal modulation wave decomposition, and derives the implementation process of the modulation strategy. The dynamic commutation process and loss distribution characteristics of the inverter are analyzed. Finally, a simulation model of a single-phase half-bridge TL-ANPC inverter needs to be based on the PLECS and MATLAB/Simulink platforms.
