These technological developments also include payments that switch cash payments to non-cash. An example of technology that can be learned is e-Wallet. e-Wallet, which stands for Electronic Wallet, is a substitute for payment instruments in the form of a smartphone application that facilitates the payment process and provides convenience and security values. Therefore, this study develops a conceptual model of e-wallet user interest by studying the literature. This study resulted in a conceptual model consisting of 15 variables: Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, Security, Trust, Incentive, Aesthetic, Credibility, Reputation, Perceived Risk, Perceived Behavior Control, Smartphone Addiction, Personal Innovativeness, Lifestyle Compatibility, Subjective Norms, Feedback Mechanism, and Intention to Use. 摘要
