The optimization model of combined cooling, heating and power system with gas turbine, gas boiler and electric chiller units is constructed, and an optimization model with the lowest sum of system operation cost and carbon dioxide treatment cost as the objective function is built, and multiple constraints are considered, and the simulated annealing method is incorporated into the particle swarm algorithm to solve the model.
