DIREITO AMBIENTAL ESPACIAL, A POLUIÇÃO SIDERAL E A SÍNDROME DE KESSLER

This article aims to address a new area of law, space environmental law, showing parallel to space law, its historical aspect, its importance, influence and bringing the issue of continuous and immoderate commercial space exploration and the accumulation of problems of space junk in our atmosphere increased with the Kessler effect, terrestrial and extraterrestrial pollution, the demonstration of possible futuristic figure of the Earth, and at the end some solutions to end the space junk.
