The method of data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. To test the hypothesis the partial effect of independent variables on the dependent variable used the t test. The F test is used to test the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable together. The results of processing data show there is an influence of product quality on customer satisfaction. Consumer trust affects consumer satisfaction and brand image does not affect consumer satisfaction. Taken together there is the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. 摘要

本研究旨在同时分析产品质量、品牌形象和消费者信任对顾客满意的影响。包括利用受访者填写的问卷调查结果进行定量研究。使用的样本是巨港在线产品的100名消费者。数据分析方法采用多元线性回归分析。为了检验自变量对因变量的偏效应,使用了t检验。F检验用于检验自变量对因变量的共同影响。处理数据的结果表明,产品质量对顾客满意度有一定的影响。消费者信任影响消费者满意,品牌形象不影响消费者满意。综上所述,有自变量对因变量的影响。消费者信任对巨港在线产品顾客满意度的影响最为显著。
