Thus, the disadvantages of the subjective judgment of the experts can be reduced. Among other things, the different application situations of the AHP and FCE for worker evaluation are put forward. 摘要

本文提出了一种基于模糊综合评价和层次分析法的工人评价决策方法。员工评价的主要目的是为决策者选择、提升和培养最高素质的员工。本文给出了一个工人评价的实例。它体现了FCE和AHP相结合的员工评价方法。作者提出,在运用FCE对工人进行评价的同时,各因素的权重向量应由层次分析法得出,而不是由专家根据其主观经验给出。从而减少了专家主观判断的弊端。其中,提出了层次分析法和FCE法在工人评价中的不同应用情况。因此,有利于获得更加可靠合理的评价结果,为相关决策活动提供支持。
