The environment is based on an integration tool which takes the output from a static analyzer, used for reverse engineering and populates the repository of a computer-aided-software-engineering (CASE) tool, usually used in forward engineering. The integration allows enhancement of the knowledge of the program, the reliability of modifications, the reusability and the change management.
