摘要

本文研制了一种用于毫米波5G大规模MIMO系统本振(LO)的频率合成器。频率合成器是基于锁相环(PLL)方案。分析了影响锁相环相位噪声、杂散和跳频时间的几个因素。在平衡这些性能后,设计了鉴相频率、环路滤波器、谐波抑制滤波器、放大器、倍频器,所实现的锁相环频率合成器具有相位噪声低、杂散小、输出功率大、频率分辨率高的特点,适合应用于5G大规模MIMO系统。

A Frequency Synthesizer for LO in Millimeter-wave 5G Massive MIMO System
