TRENDS IN DEVELOPMENT OF GASTRONOMIC TOURISM IN KAZAKHSTAN

В настоящее время гастрономический туризм имеет положительную динамику роста и благоприятную перспективу на дальнейшее развитие. Об этом свидетельствуют ежегодные отчеты Всемирной туристской организации (ЮНВТО). Исследование потребления посетителей в гастрономическом туризме является неотъемлемым компонентом для понимания уровня развития данного направления. В связи с этим, определение уровня развития гастрономического туризма в Казахстане является целью данной работы. В Государственной программе развития туристской отрасли Республики Казахстан на 2019-2025 годы мероприятия по гастрономическому туризму не рассматриваются отдельно, а отражены в составе других мероприятий, как фестивали яблок, соколиной охоты и национальных игр, выставок и т.д. В статье рассматривается уровень роста расходов въездных и внутренних посетителей по «гастрономическому туризму». Учитывая, что на текущий момент в мире не существует официально установленной методики по проведению подобного исследования, то авторами данной статьи предложена своя методика, в основе которой лежат официальные данные Бюро национальной статистики Республики Казахстан. Кроме того, в данной статье рассмотрены затраты туристов на питание в разрезе регионов Республики Казахстан. Currently, gastronomic tourism has a positive growth dynamics and a favorable prospect for further development. Such trend presented by the annual reports of the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO). The study of the consumption of visitors in gastronomic tourism is an integral component for understanding the level of development of this direction. In this regard, determining the level of development of gastronomic tourism in Kazakhstan is the purpose of this work. In the State Program for the Development of the Tourism Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2019-2025, gastronomic tourism events are not considered separately, but are reflected in other events, such as apple festivals, falconry and national games, exhibitions etc. The article examines the level of growth in the costs of inbound and domestic visitors for "gastronomic tourism". Considering that at the moment there is no officially established methodology for conducting such study, the authors of this article have proposed their own methodology based on official data from the Bureau of National Statistics of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In addition, this article discusses the costs of tourists for food in the context of the regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
