摘要

本文提出了一种Ku波段低噪声块下转换器(LNB)和块上转换器(BUC)滤波器的设计。LNB可将Ku波段信号(10.70 ~ 12.75GHz)转换为L波段信号(950 ~ 2150MHz),并具有增益控制和模式控制功能,由基于ARM的单片机进行调节。通过仿真,该LNB设计实现了55db的转换增益。对于BUC滤波器,我们创建了三个不同要求的滤波器,分别是l波段滤波器、Local Oscillator滤波器和Ku波段滤波器。从实验结果来看,这些滤波器的驻波比接近于1,其频带范围符合要求。
