A dual terminal comparator is implemented using VCII which is used to chop the modulating signal into discrete components and the output of the comparator serves as modulated signal. Spice simulation results using 0.18-μm CMOS technology and ±0.90 V voltage supply are provided to demonstrate the validity of the theoretical analysis and functionality of the circuit.
