摘要

本文研究的重点是如何利用环路对被测器信号进行耦合。传统的接触式探针存在移动性低、成本高、损坏率高等缺点。因此,我们设计了一种高迁移率、高再现性、低成本和宽带的CPW方环型探头来耦合来自DUT的信号。利用耦合定理提取了辐射模型,并与三维电磁仿真进行了比较。结果表明,该模型具有良好的性能。因此,它不仅可以提出非接触式测量,而且可以应用于未来流行的电磁干扰和电磁兼容问题。
