High switching speeds lead to a fast transient response of injected current. Compensation of harmonics and random noise is possible. A new vector calculator is presented which provides an instantaneous value of the 'balanced' fundamental real load current needed to support the real power requirements of the three-phase load. The injected current reference is derived from the difference between the real current and the actual load current.
