It is essential for enterprises to learn how to identify and keep away from risks; it’s in order to survival and development. This paper will research the system optimization of BP neural network technology used in the MICE risk management system, and we establish a model based on this technology. On the basis of risk factors and the discrimination mode of security alarm, we design an experimental model for MICE risk management. This model can make a scientific decision on the risks for some MICE enterprises.
