本文针对高低压开关柜产品结构的差异,阐述了一种开关柜敏捷设计系统。根据高低压开关柜产品的特点,采用不同的设计型号。通过对Solidworks软件的定制,建立了中高压产品的设计平台。它可以根据客户的需求,协助设计人员选择合适的标准设计方案,自动驱动3D CAD产品模块,并按要求配置,自动生成物料清单。而低压产品的设计则是通过可视化和模块设计技术来完成的。它可以选择标准模块并自动组合在一起以满足客户的需求。它还可以自动创建物料清单。
