摘要

介绍了非对称λ/2耦合滤波器的原理。根据电、磁两种耦合模式,基于非对称λ/2耦合理论,得到了两个中心频率为60GHz的新型共面波导(CPW)结构滤波器。在设计过程中引入了谐波抑制技术。谐波抑制技术有效地抑制了系统的寄生频率和二次谐波。电耦合滤波器的带宽为1.5GHz,插入损耗为0.6 dB。磁耦合滤波器的带宽为12GHz,插入损耗为0.3 dB。
