广州港引航水域范围广、引航航线长、航行环境复杂的特点,给广州港引航作业带来了引航时间长、引航风险高的问题。引航员登船水域的选址关系到引航作业的安全、周边船舶的航行安全以及港口的运营效率。本文在分析引航员登船水域特点和要求的基础上,阐述了广州港引航员登船水域最优选址方案,并结合广州港引航作业实际情况和引航区实际情况,建立了引航员登船水域多目标选址模型,利用遗传算法对模型问题进行求解。对比广州港引航员登船水域设置现状,探讨是否有更好的引航员登船水域设置和选址方案。
