How to extract the relevant data needed by the e-commerce industry from the massive data and multi-dimensional data has become the direction of big data technology development. Based on the analysis of theories and methods related to big data and precision marketing, this paper composes and studies the application of precision marketing in e-commerce in the era of big data. 摘要

自媒体的兴起,物联网(IoT)的广泛使用,信息传播的速度大大提高。中国电子商务的规模和数量迅速发展,对电子商务的营销要求也在不断创新。现在,我们可以方便地访问丰富的数据。如何从海量数据和多维数据中提取电子商务行业所需的相关数据,成为大数据技术发展的方向。本文在分析大数据和精准营销相关理论和方法的基础上,对大数据时代下精准营销在电子商务中的应用进行了梳理和研究。本文探讨了在移动互联网环境下基于大数据技术实现商品精准营销的方法,建立了大数据背景下的精准营销研究架构,通过神经网络构建客户画像模型,并运用其应用个性化推荐系统实现商品精准营销。
