摘要

刨花板是一种广泛应用于木工的木基复合材料。钻削是家具工业中最常用的加工工艺。加工参数对表面特性和无损伤钻孔有显著影响。环钻过程中产生的推力对提高表面质量和减少分层趋势起着重要作用。在本研究中,针对所分析的切削参数的不同值,对刀具进行了18次耐久性试验。在此基础上,分析了轴向力和切削扭矩信号对切削参数的影响。提出了利用方差分析估计切削力值的数学模型。
